We are a full service dance & wellness studio committed to customer service & customer results, in a fun, encouraging atmosphere. We have a year-end recital (each family receives 2 free tickets), our dance floors are sprung to help avoid strain and injury to our dancers, we limit class sizes to ensure each person gets the same level of instruction, as well we are conveniently located in the Servus Sports Centre, and have recently added a second location on Highway 17 south next to Tim Horton's. Our dance program includes classes in ballet, hip hop, lyrical, tap jazz, and modern for the beginner to advanced dancer. Wellness services offered include postural analysis, massage therapy, athletic conditioning, VO2 testing, circuit training, metabolic testing, nutritional consulting, pilates classes (both group or private training in mat & resistance work), and infrared sauna. Our team of specialists work together to offer our clients the best possible health and fitness training and support.
